Background
Many defense systems stay in service for many years. They have to be tested in production, in maintenance and after repair. Often the test is done manually, takes a long time and depends on one person who knows how to do it.
The challenge
- An existing product: it can't be changed. The test system has to fit the interfaces that already exist.
- Partial documentation: sometimes the protocols and interfaces have to be learned from the product itself.
- Repeatability: every unit must go through exactly the same test, with a documented result.
What we develop
- Test hardware: interface boards that connect to the product and simulate its sensors, neighboring systems and loads.
- Automated scenarios: activation, measurement and comparison to reference values, at the push of a button.
- Data collection and an organized test report for every unit.
- AI-assisted analysis: detecting anomalies and trends in the results across many units.
About the details
Defense projects are under NDA. We are happy to present relevant examples in a private meeting.
