How we work

Priced per project, split into clear stages. Each stage ends with a deliverable you can check, and only then do you decide whether to continue. No budget surprises.

Stage 01

Intro call Free

A conversation of about 30 minutes, on Zoom or in person. We understand what the product needs to do, who will use it, in what quantities it will be made, and the constraints: budget, schedule and certification.

At the end of the stage: A shared understanding of whether and how we can help, and a proposal for the specification stage.

Stage 02

Specification

We turn the idea into measurable requirements and choose the architecture: processor, communication, power supply and sensors. We identify the biggest technical risks and test them early, before investing in full development.

At the end of the stage: A specification and architecture document, a risk list, and a cost and schedule estimate for the next stages.

Stage 03

Prototype

Schematics, PCB, assembly, board bring-up and firmware. This is where hardware and code meet for the first time, and we check that they do what the specification defined. Usually 2–4 months from the end of the specification stage.

At the end of the stage: Working boards, source code, and a test report against the requirements.

Stage 04

Pilot

A small batch goes into real use in the field. This is where the things you can't see on the bench appear: heat, electrical noise, users who press the wrong button. We fix and improve before production.

At the end of the stage: A corrected version, a pilot report and an initial manufacturing package.

Stage 05

Mass production

A complete manufacturing package, working with the factory, test jigs on the production line, and support for the first batch until acceptance testing. If needed, preparation for certification.

At the end of the stage: A product that comes off the production line, tested and ready to sell.
