An external development team,
without growing your headcount

We work with defense, energy, agriculture and medical companies that have a strong development team, but not in this field, or whose team is overloaded. We join as part of your team, work by your procedures and leave all the knowledge with you.

// Ways to work

Four ways to work with us

Consulting and design review

An outside opinion on a schematic, PCB or code, before a big decision or before production. Fast, focused and at a fixed price.

Rapid prototype

Proof of concept before investing in full development. A working board and code that show the idea is possible.

Ownership of a subsystem

A complete board, firmware or communication interface that we develop and integrate into your system.

Full development to production

The whole product, from specification to the first batch, with all files and knowledge handed to you.

What matters to companies, and what we commit to

  • Confidentiality: work under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) as the client requires
  • Intellectual property: schematics, PCB files, source code and documentation are handed over to you
  • Procedures: we work with your tools, standards and review processes
  • Availability: reply within one working day, Sunday to Thursday
  • Budget: a fixed price per stage, known in advance
  • One owner: the engineer who designs the hardware also writes the firmware, so integration problems don't bounce between teams

FAQ

How is this different from hiring an engineer?

No recruiting process, no onboarding and no commitment after the project ends. You get a senior engineer who starts immediately, and you pay by stages.

Can we start with a small project?

Yes, and most companies do exactly that: a design review, diagnosing a problem, or a proof-of-concept prototype. If it works, we continue.

Do you work with our suppliers and factories?

Yes. We adapt to the company's suppliers, tools and standards.

Why not a large design house?

For projects that need dozens of engineers in parallel, a large design house is the right choice. For most product development projects, a small company is faster and cheaper: you talk directly to the engineer, there are no management layers to pay for, and decisions are made the same day.
