Frequently asked questions

What we are asked most before we start working together.

Who owns the intellectual property?

You do. At the end of the project all schematics, PCB files and source code are handed over to you, including the documentation.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. Most projects for companies are done under a non-disclosure agreement.

How long does it take to develop a prototype?

Usually 2–4 months from the end of the specification stage to a working prototype. A simple project can be shorter; a system with several boards, a server and an app can take longer.

How is the price set?

Per project, split into stages: specification, prototype, pilot and production. Each stage is priced in advance and ends with a deliverable you can check before moving on.

Can we hire you for only part of the project?

Of course. For example only PCB layout, only firmware, a design review or consulting during the decision stage.

Why one engineer for hardware and firmware?

Most hard bugs in electronic products sit on the boundary between hardware and software. When one engineer designed the circuit and wrote the code, the bug is found in hours instead of weeks, and nobody argues about whose fault it is.

Why a small company and not a large one?

You talk directly to the engineer doing the work, not through a project manager and a team lead. Decisions are fast, overhead is low, and your project gets full attention. For projects that need dozens of engineers in parallel, a large company is the right choice; for most product development projects, it is not necessary.

Do you work with companies or private individuals?

Most of our work is with companies, including defense, energy, agriculture and medical companies. We also work with entrepreneurs who are ready to invest in developing a real product.

Do you support production too?

Yes. We prepare the manufacturing package, work with PCB and assembly houses, build test jigs and support the first batch.

Where are you located?

In Kiryat Tivon, in northern Israel, and we work with clients across Israel. Most meetings are on Zoom, and we meet in person when needed.

How fast do you reply?

Within one working day, Sunday to Thursday.

Do you use AI in development?

Yes. AI tools are part of writing code, reviewing it and analyzing test results. An engineer is responsible for every line; AI adds speed and an extra layer of checking.
